    Have left many voicemails on both the office phones and his cell phone and have yet to receive a call back. I am trying to take a car off of my policy that I sold a month ago, and add a car to my policy that I bought a month ago. So FRUSTRATING!! My husband and I are leaving ALLSTATE after 15 years because of Steven Gray and his lack of professionalism.
