- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★OK, let me amend my review. I just stopped into their branch and the conversation took less than three minutes. SSFCU: "OK, what's the account number for the new auto pay?" Me: "XXXXXXXXXXXX" SSFCU: "OK, and the routing number?" Me: "XXXXXXXXX" SSFCU: "Perfect, sign here and you're all done." Seriously one of the easiest banking transactions I've ever had. BUT their customer service phone number is still the most horrible thing I've ever experienced! Read below for more: (Original review- 1 star) 40 minutes on the phone to be told that they can't give me ANY info about my account and that I would have to visit a branch, fill out a form, and wait 10 days for it to be processed before I can make any changes to my account.
